If you want to eat something steamy and fresh in the morning, choose Mont Di – a bowl of thick rice noodle going with chicken pea flour. It’s quite tempting at first glance, especially when the red chili paste naturally colors the white rice vermicelli into the yellowish shade. Greater than that, Shan noodle should be what you like better! It’s remarkably influenced by the Thai cuisine with the noodles that own different tastes: sweet, sour, and salty.
